The Intensive In-Home lead provides intensive behavioral and emotional services to children and their families within a community-based model. You’ll lead the team in providing such services and oversees the functioning of children with mental health diagnoses by conducting individual and family therapy, overseeing skill-building activities, providing parenting education, intervening during a crisis, providing on-call coverage, and monitoring symptoms of the child.

The Relatives Workforce Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in the success of our peer-to-peer street outreach project and serves as a main point of contact for participants at the On Ramp Resource Center. The Workforce Engagement Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to young adults with lived experience who are part of the peer street outreach team by equipping them with job readiness skills, workplace etiquette, and professionalism.

The Crisis Care Professional must demonstrate the Agency’s purpose, philosophy, policies and procedures.  The Crisis Care Professional works as a team member and oversees the day-to-day activities and needs of the clients in their care. There may also be opportunities to lead and direct less experienced staff.
