Intensive In-Home Coordinator
The Intensive In-home Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day coordination of the Intensive In-Home program and will provide brief behavioral and emotional services to children and their families within a community-based model. The coordinator is a member of a 3-person team, with a maximum case load of 12 families in providing such services; conducts skill-building activities, provides parenting education, intervenes during a crisis, provides on-call coverage within the intensive in-home team 24/7/365. Services are provided in the client’s home, school, and community settings, under the direction of the Intensive In-home Therapist.

Human Resources Business Partner
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted and collaborative advisor, providing proactive, practical, and valued Human Resources advice which aligns with organizational culture and strategy. This position is primarily responsible for employee relations and investigations, talent acquisition, onboarding, new hire orientation, performance management, staff engagement, and HR audits. The HRBP will report to the HR Director of Alexander Youth Network, and they will serve as a dedicated HR resource for The Relatives organization.

Crisis Care Professional -Act Together (3rd Shift)
The Crisis Care Professional works as a team member and oversees overnight activities and the needs of the clients in their care. The Crisis Care Professional must demonstrate Youth Focus’s purpose, philosophy, policies and procedures.
