A Whole Solution for Children’s Mental Health
Alexander Youth Network is passionate about helping children overcome their mental health challenges. We believe an integrated treatment approach to mental health is the best way to address children’s needs. The Alexander Model of Care provides mental health programs and services from least to most intensive to meet children where they are and help them heal.
How we provide Care Management
- Each client will have an assigned Care Manager that will take on the primary responsibility for the person’s needs. They will supervise a Care Management Support Specialist that will also be in contact with clients and families to provide more in-depth support as needed and to troubleshoot barriers to treatment as they occur.
- Our primary function as a Care Management Agency will be to ensure that aftercare/discharge plans are clearly communicated, easy to understand, and followed through by all service providers that are involved in the child’s treatment plan.
- For over 30 years, parents, guardians, and those in the community have trusted Alexander to help children in need of mental and behavioral health treatment. We are excited about becoming a care management agency and look forward to continuing to be the whole solution for children’s mental health.
