Alexander Youth Network has passed all mandated reviews with the state of North Carolina, and we are happy to announce that we are now officially considered a Care Management Agency (CMA).
Currently, Alexander Youth Network provides case management to our clients through our enhanced services such as our residential programs, day treatment, therapeutic foster care, intensive in-home, and multi-systemic therapy.
As a Tailored Care Management Agency, we will assist families with all of their healthcare needs, including physical health and needed social supports.

Aftercare and discharge planning
Each client will have an assigned Care Manager that will take on the primary responsibility for the child’s needs. They will supervise a Care Management Support Specialist that will also work directly with our clients and their families to provide more in-depth support as needed and trouble-shoot barriers to treatment as they occur.
Our primary function as a Care Management Agency will be to ensure that aftercare/discharge plans are clearly communicated, easy to understand, and followed through by all service providers that are involved in the child’s treatment plan.
For over 30 years, parents, guardians, and those in the community have trusted Alexander to help children in need of mental and behavioral health treatment. We are excited about becoming a care management agency and look forward to continuing to be
